How To Disinfect and Clean A Cellphone Print E-mail

Did you know that your cell phone may be dirtier than a toilet seat?  Cell phones are in constant contact with your hands, face, pockets, desks, etc.  The heat caused from using a cellphone also makes it easier for bacteria to grow.  Cell phones have tested positive for hepititis and staph viruses.

Instructions

To clean the outside of the phone, use either a Q-tip or a cotton ball moistened with rubbing alcohol.

When cleaning the inside of the phone and the keypad you must be careful not to get any liquid cleaner in the speaker holes or holes where the keys are located.

Lysol disinfectant spray or wipes can be used also.  If using a spray, never spray the liquid directly onto the cell phone.  Always spray it onto a wiping rag first so you do not damage the phone.
