Are you having trouble waking up in the morning?  This may be caused by not getting a good nights sleep.  The following hints may help you get out of the bed in the morning but you should examine your sleep schedule and make sure you are getting the amount of sleep that will let you feel rested in the morning.

 



Hints and tips on how to get out of bed

 

  • Place your alarm clock out of reach so you have to get out of bed to turn it off

 

  • Splash cold water in your face when you get out of bed to turn the alarm clock off

 

  • Try to get yourself on a regular sleep schedule so you go to sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time

 

  • Don't eat before bedtime, your body does not get the deep sleep it needs when you are digesting food

 

  • Set two alarm clocks, one by your bed and one away from it
