Place your alarm clock out of reach so you have to get out of bed to turn it off

Try to get yourself on a regular sleep schedule so you go to sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time
Don't eat before bedtime, your body does not get the deep sleep it needs when you are digesting food
Set two alarm clocks, one by your bed and one away from it
